Hi, I'm Kat.
I'm here to support you in reconnecting with your body, your power, and your authentic emotional truth. So much of life teaches us to give our power away, ignore the body's signals, and push past what we feel instead of listening. Over time, that disconnection becomes imbalance, pain, and sometimes illness. The work I do is the work of coming home.
I'm not perfect, and I don't claim to be. I'm human, learning alongside you. My role is to hold space, offer grace, and walk with you as we remember our wholeness — not through perfection, but through honoring who we actually are. We heal together, and in doing so, we make the path a little clearer for those who come after us.
