Who this guidebook is for
So much of life teaches us to give our power away, ignore the body's signals, and push past what we feel instead of listening. Over time, that disconnection becomes imbalance, pain, and sometimes illness.
This guidebook is for anyone ready to begin coming home — with gentleness, with patience, and at their own pace. No spiritual background or prior course is required. Just a willingness to feel what is real, and to meet yourself with a little more grace than yesterday.

About your guide
Meet Kat Harrison
Kat Harrison
Soul Coach · Artist · Teacher
I'm a soul coach, artist, and perpetual student of what it means to live consciously. My work lives at the meeting point of metaphysical science, somatic awareness, and honest human conversation — supporting people in reconnecting with the body, the power, and the emotional truth they were taught to set aside.
I teach how emotional patterns and unexpressed feelings settle into the body, and I offer compassionate tools for meeting them in healthier ways. Art and creativity are woven through everything I do; they let us move what words sometimes cannot.
I hold a Master's in Metaphysical Science and am currently completing a PhD in Philosophy with a specialty in Ancestral Healing. I'm a Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner, Archangelic Light Master, and Quantum Healer — but more than my credentials, I bring my own lived experience. I'm not perfect, and I don't claim to be. I'm human, learning alongside you, holding space as we remember our wholeness together.

Common questions
Is this really free? Is there an upsell at the end?
Yes — truly free. The guidebook and audio are offered at no cost and yours for life. There are paid courses and one-to-one offerings on the rest of the site if you ever want to go deeper, but nothing is required. This is a gift.
Do I need any prior experience or to have taken another course?
Not at all. This guidebook is designed to stand on its own. It also works beautifully alongside the Energy, Emotion, and Embodiment course, but no prerequisite is needed.
How long will it take to work through?
That's up to you. Some people read it in one sitting; others move through one practice a week. The 25 lessons are short, and the audio totals about 33 minutes. Whatever pace honors your nervous system is the right one.
What do I do if something heavy comes up while I'm working through it?
Slow down. Close the guidebook. Place a hand on your heart and breathe. Inside the lessons there's a Resources & Support chapter with gentle guidance, and you can always reach out at info@vibingconsciously.com for direction. You don't have to walk through any of it alone.
