About Me
The Artist & The Coach
I am an artist and creative coach who believes creativity is one of the most powerful ways we reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the Earth. My classes are centered around expressing what lives beneath the surface — the emotions, truths, memories, and parts of ourselves that often go unspoken in everyday life.
I not only create and sell my own artwork as a form of emotional and spiritual expression, but I also guide others back to their own inner creator in a safe, non-judgmental space. Because somewhere along the way, many of us stopped feeling safe enough to fully express ourselves. We learned to suppress our emotions, silence our voice, and disconnect from our natural instincts.
But creativity reconnects us.
When we create honestly, feel deeply, and allow ourselves to be seen, consciousness begins to expand. We become more aware of the subtle ways our body, emotions, intuition, and environment are constantly communicating with us. We begin living with more intention instead of moving through life disconnected and on autopilot.
My work is about helping you slow down enough to hear yourself again.
Through art, coaching, emotional awareness, and intuitive guidance, I help you recognize the patterns, inner dialogue, energetic dynamics, and unconscious habits shaping your life — so you can begin living in greater alignment with your truth, your natural rhythms, and the deeper intelligence moving through all living things.
Because when we reconnect with ourselves, we naturally begin reconnecting with the world around us. And that changes everything.
Creativity reconnects us with ourselves and the world around us.
Why Now?
We can all feel it. A shift in the tides. For centuries, women have been suppressed, shamed, and ridiculed for sharing the dark truths of their past and the struggles of everyday life in the present moment. We've been told to silence ourselves, not raise our voices, and to submit to the higher power that sought to control and conform us.
Not anymore.
In my life, I have experienced men and women alike trying to force me into a box I never belonged in. For years, I lived to please, avoiding any disturbances in the force. Now, as a woman in her late-30's, I've dealt with the health and energy challenges that come from a lifetime of suppressing my authentic self, and the more I share my story, the more I realize I'm not alone.
Who Am I?
Who I am, I am still getting to know. My inner Gemini (rising) shifts me back and forth, trying on different "outfits" as each cycle passes by. As a Cancer (sun), I tend to fluctuate as the moon forces the tides to rise and fall. As a Scorpio (moon), I feel it all deeply. I ask the hard questions, and I dive straight down into the ocean to see what life exists within the depths of the darkness.
It is all me, and I am all.
My life as a Metaphysician and Philosopher keeps me wondering about the workings of the universe and the structures enforced on our planet. I question all of it. I'm constantly turning the coin over to see the other side. Exploring both light and dark. This leads me to a deeper understanding of the inner workings of my own soul, and the collective soul that is omnipresent in everything on Earth, as well as the cosmos.
I'm here to share my findings and perspectives with you, and to offer you a different way of looking at yourself and the world.
Working in Cycles
I recognize I can't do everything. Sometimes I get so excited about the multidimensionality of our world, I tend to take on everything at once, and I can't do that. In my own experimentation and implementation of my own work, I find that I work in cycles, as we all do, but sometimes don't make space for.
I can't create all the time. I allow the creative spark to find me when the time is right. If I created art all the time, I would begin to resent it. I can't coach all the time. I'm a sensitive soul, and very sensitive to the energy around me. Sometimes I take it on, and it takes longer to wash off of me depending on the level of work I'm doing with clients, and even the people in my personal life that I love and want to support.
It takes a lot of energy to sit with people in dark places. When I work with people, I take some of the weight they've been carrying, and I carry it with them. Some coaches will say, "it's not your weight to carry," but that's not how I work. If I see someone struggling to carry something physical, like grocery bags, or a heavy piece of furniture alone, I'm not going to turn the other way when I have empty hands or a lighter load. I've worked very hard to release a lot of the heaviness in my life, and it's the least I can do to use my hands to hold the load for others.
Will I be there forever to carry it? No. Do I expect to carry the same load in every session? No. I get tired too. That's why we work together in honest and direct communication in a space with no judgement and only compassion. We both say the things that don't want to be said — sometimes the energy around us wants to remain silent, but if you're tired of that voice constantly telling you that you aren't good enough to respectfully fucking leave, things are going to be uncomfortable.

A Life-Doula for the Rebirthing Process
My shamanic training taught me something I now see reflected everywhere in nature: growth requires transformation, and transformation is rarely comfortable.
Seeds split open before they bloom. Forests burn before new life emerges. The Earth itself moves in cycles of death, rebirth, expansion, and renewal, and humans are no different.
For many people, there comes a moment when the soul starts knocking louder and louder, asking for something more honest, more aligned, more alive. A calling to stop surviving and start truly living.
But awakening can feel terrifying when you've spent most of your life disconnected from your emotions, intuition, voice, and natural rhythms.
That's why I often call myself a life-doula for the rebirthing process.
There is a pivotal shift that happens during major life transitions. I believe there is a profound shift in consciousness that begins to happen. Your body becomes more honest. Your intuition sharpens. Your tolerance for what drains, disconnects, or diminishes you begins to disappear.
You stop wanting to live on autopilot. You begin craving truth.
My work is not about keeping you comfortable in old stories, patterns, or identities that no longer fit. It's about helping you move through transformation with emotional safety, honesty, and support — so you can reconnect with your power, your creativity, your voice, and your place within the living world around you.
Because when one person awakens to who they truly are, it creates a ripple effect far beyond their own life. And I believe that remembering is deeply needed at this time on Earth.
Loving the Shadow

We all can feel flawed. The past can haunt all of us sometimes.
Don't cast those parts away — offer them love and compassion.
Let the beauty shine through the pain. The best art is created sometimes when we are in deep grief.
That's the beauty of being human.

Embrace the Shadow,
to See Yourself in the Light.
There is beauty in the shadow.
You are not what happened to you. You are a full presentation of what it means to be whole.
There is no light without shadow.
None of us were made to be perfect. We were made to be whole — and wholeness means loving every part of yourself, even the parts you've buried so deep you forgot they were yours.
Even if you feel jaded. Even if you feel tired. Even if you no longer recognize the woman in the mirror.
Come home to yourself — slowly, softly, shadow and all.
Every part of you deserves to be loved.
Walk With Me
