March 14, 2026 from 10am-3pmExplore how energy, emotions, and thoughts are experienced within the body. Learn foundational concepts such as intention, vibration, and the heart–mind–body connection, and begin developing tools to recognize and decode the body’s messages.

Emotional Vision Boards
Through intuitive collage and imagery, participants will create a vision board that reflects their emotional landscape. This practice supports clarity, self-awareness, and connection to inner guidance, allowing emotions to be expressed visually rather than intellectually.PART THREE: INTEGRATION & THE BODY AS GUIDE

Meet Your
Guide & Facilitator
My name is Kat, and I’m your guide and facilitator. I’m here to support you in reconnecting with your body, your power, and your authentic emotional truth. Throughout the day, we often give our power away, ignore our body’s signals, and push past what we feel instead of listening. Over time, this disconnection can contribute to imbalance, pain, and illness.
I believe deeply in the importance of feeling what is real, without shame or suppression. I teach how emotional patterns, thought loops, and unexpressed feelings can impact the body, and I offer grounded, compassionate tools for meeting emotions in healthier ways.
Art and creativity are central to this work and to my own healing journey. Creating has become a requirement in my life — a way I process, release, remember who I am, and return home to myself. I weave creative expression into this space because it allows us to move what words sometimes cannot, and to meet ourselves with gentleness and truth.
I’m not perfect, and I don’t claim to be. I’m human, learning alongside you. I’m here to hold space, offer grace, and walk with you as we remember our wholeness — not through perfection, but through honoring our authentic selves.
We heal together, and in doing so, we help make the path a little more clear for those who come after us.
