We're taught to live mostly from the neck up — to think our way through everything and override the body's quieter signals. But the body is energy, the mind is energy, and emotion is information. When we learn to listen, the whole system softens.
This course is for anyone curious about energy as a real, felt thing — not abstract, not woo for woo's sake. It's a foundation for the rest of the work, and it stands beautifully on its own. No spiritual background is required, only an openness to feeling and paying attention.

Do I need to take this before the rest of the series?
It's designed as Part One of Energy, Emotions, and Embodiment, so it sets the foundation for what comes after. That said, it stands fully on its own. You can take it as a complete course in itself, or use it as the gateway into the wider series.
Do I need any prior experience with energy work or spirituality?
Not at all. This course is written for the curious beginner as much as for the longtime practitioner. The language is grounded and accessible, and the practices meet you wherever you are.
How long does it take, and how long do I have access?
About 1 hour and 15 minutes of audio plus a 60-page guidebook, delivered across self-paced lessons. There's no time limit — access is yours for life, to revisit as often as you need.
